Monday – Friday, 8am until 3pm, per telephone under the number +49 (0)30 / 536 063 719.
Opening times
Our opening times: Wendsday - Sunday 2pm until 4.30pm.
Public guided tours are Thursdays 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays 3pm,
observations for the public in the winter term are always on Fridays.
Guided tours for school classes and groups: Monday – Friday after advanced registration. The observatory opens 30 minutes before the beginning of each event.

Photography and filming
Hand-held photography and video for personal, non-commercial use is permitted on the premises and in the grounds of the Stiftung Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin, as long as flash, lighting and tripods are not used. For other purposes please apply in writing – well in advance – to info@sdtb.de.

Location:
The Archenhold Observatory is located in the middle of the Treptower Park, approximately opposite the restaurant Zenner / Eierschale.
Arrival with S-Bahn and BVG:
S-Bahn S 8, S 9 to Plänterwald station or S41, S42 to Treptower Park.
Bus 166, 167, 265: Alt-Treptow Stop.
